Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. Provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.
Responsibilities:
Analyze All-source reporting.
Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools.
Conduct analysis to develop actionable intelligence products.
Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and Source Directed Requirements (SDR).
Support CI operations.
Identify individuals of CI concern through All-source analysis.
Proactively identify insider threats and Military CI Collection (MCC) leads.
Generate leads and provide support to full-spectrum CI operations.
Perform CI/HUMINT Analysis and Requirements Cell (CHARC) Operations.
Generate thorough CI/HUMINT assessments based on reporting reviews and CI indicators.
Publish IIR evaluations.
Provide operational assessments and recommendations.
Conduct local national linguist (LNL) vetting.
Positively Identify (PID) and deconflict LN identities.
Assess LN threat concerns based on All-source analysis.
Manage RFIs as follows: enter data into RFI tracker, track statuses, and detail the response, as required.
Receive, vet, prioritize, and process applicable customer requirements.
Delegate requirements to analysts and track progress.
Compile analytical products and perform QC.
Brief customers on final products.
Serve as Contractor Team Lead.
Ensure all analysts uphold analytical standards through close supervision and mentorship.
Keep leadership informed of current RFIs, constraints, issues, and impacts.
Ensure all team members are operating within legal and operational requirements.
Advance analytical processes and methodologies to the functional site lead, when opportunities arise.
Identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
Develop relationships with external elements that can enhance or expedite team products.
Stress test innovations in a controlled environment prior to disseminating across the team.
Support HUMINT Operations as follows:
Identify Military Source Operations (MSO) leads.
Provide analytical support to Operations. Deliverable: Up to 10 analytical reports and analytical lead reports per week, when required.

Expert knowledge in the following areas: Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, and HUMINT analysis.
Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level.
Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Clearance Required:
TS/SCI, willing to undergo polygraph
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree or at least eight (8) years direct relevant intelligence analyst experience.
Minimum Years of Experience:
At least eight (8) years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC - 0204, 0210, 0211 -
Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy - Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N791
Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst or other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.
