The Opportunity:
As a Collection Manager you will identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements. The Collection Manager will also develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems while validating, coordinating, issuing, adjusting, and terminating collection tasking.
To succeed in this position; you need to have collection management experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis.

Responsibilities:
Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams
Review requests for completeness and accuracy, as applicable to new data-flows or changes to existing
Contribute to a decreasing backlog of submitted requests as well as maintaining and improving completion rates
Work with the appropriate colleagues to refine requirements for mission management tools designed to enhance and improve work center processes
Attend meetings and provide clarity for proposed system improvements
Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of diverse data sets within a specified collection
Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information
Employ strategic data management practices, Collection Data Managers contribute to the optimization of data resources for informed decision-making and research purposes
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Minimum of a high school diploma + 9 years' SIGINT Collection Manager experience + military or customer-specific training.
Degrees reduce the amount of required operational experience.
Labor category determined by years of operational experience and education level.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$72,200 - $147,900
