We are seeking experienced RF Engineers with Systems Engineering experience for the Department of Defense. Individuals will be supporting the documentation, design, development, testing and fielding of next generation Directed Energy High Power Microwave Systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering Experimental/Prototype Directed Energy High Power Microwave System for Operations
Troubleshooting existing design for deliverable requirements
Executing, reporting, and briefing on Systems Integration Test; assisting with Acceptance Testing and Operational Assessments
Providing Field Service Representative support for operations
Required Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 5+ experience
Experience in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and analyzing High Power Microwave (HPM) systems
Experience with RF-based integrated solutions in support of Electronic Warfare (EW), Directed Energy, or Radar missions/capabilities
Experience with Department of Defense Systems Engineering process and documentation to include but not limited to the creation and review of documents such as Systems Engineering Plans, System Design Documents, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, etc.
Experience in LabView, MatLab, and other automation or test software applications
Experience in design, development, test, and evaluation of a wide variety of RF sensors, antennas, and systems
Experience with systems analysis, technical documentation, maintenance, repair, operation, and support
U.S. citizens ONLY due to government or federal requirement
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Qualifications Include:
MS in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Experience in RF and microwave signal generation and test equipment; vacuum devices, tubes, radars and high-power RF systems
Experience in RF signal quality testing using the latest in high-end signal generators and Vector Network Analyzers
Experience with Digital and analog control systems, power electronics, electromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigation techniques, transformer design, DC to DC converters, and high voltage capacitors
5+ years of experience in the development of test plans, procedures, and schedules, conducting tests, and generating reports detailing laboratory and field tests/demonstrations
Experience manufacturing parts to create interfaces with commercial off the shelf systems

Salary Range:
$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
