Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking an Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Help Desk Specialist to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) team on-site at Point Mugu, CA! The successful candidate will work in this beautiful coastal location between Malibu and Santa Barbara at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD).
The AEA Help Desk Specialist will support, analyze and track to closure EW fleet and local AEA problems. You'll have an important role in the daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance of their organization's goals. This maintenance may be routine or part of the organization's quick reaction needs, and may support investigations users through phone, email, or in-person visits. Applicants must possess an active DoD issued Secret Clearance & must be TS/SCI eligible to be considered.

Responsibilities:
Meet weekly with developmental teams in support of fleet software and hardware improvement and sustainment efforts with the NAWCWD AEA-SHEELD Support Laboratory
Integrate with platform specific liaisons and the squadrons they support to plan, build, and improve Mission Data Library files
Analyze customer problems to diagnose and determine the cause
Document descriptions of the customer problems
Guide customers through the recommended problem-solving steps for short-term workarounds and long-term solutions
Basic Qualifications:
Must possess a DoD issued Secret Clearance, & must be TS/SCI eligible
Must possess 15+ years' experience working with Naval Air platform support entities such as AEA-IPT (EWDS, SHEELD), MDEWSSA, FRL; OR a minimum of 8 years of experience as active-duty military service with involvement in Airborne Electronic Warfare platforms
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in a STEM related field or relevant certifications & experience
Recent NAVAIR or similar government experience; 2 years or less since separation/retirement preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience and knowledge of NAS Point Mugu teams, facilities, and capabilities as they relate to Naval Aviation EW
Backseat operator or Ground Based EW support and understanding
Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) that help improve collaboration, speed, quality, and customer-centricity in product development
Active DoD issued TS/SCI clearance preferred
The compensation range for this position: $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
