Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Intel Technical Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will get to join a high-performing team and create and execute grassroots recruiting strategies to provide a well-qualified and cleared candidate pool.
We would prefer someone located in the Northern Virginia/DC/Maryland area as they will on occasion be required to attend meetings in office or attend hiring events.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies using the Parsons recruitment process
Build relationships with top talent and establish a pipeline of qualified candidates
Craft and communicate external recruiting strategies that target key communities
Establish regular communication with hiring managers
Partner with director-level leadership to design a recruitment strategy for proactively sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing hard-to-fill technical positions
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry with at least 5 years experience recruiting highly technical TS/SCI polygraphed candidates
Proven track record of success recruiting cleared technical candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment for DoD and Intelligence community clients
Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates
Ability to provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of building partnerships with geographically dispersed staff
Demonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing, and negotiating skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

Salary Range:
