What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage complex HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide thought leadership in the optimization of HR systems, including Workday.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis and design for effective HR solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Ensure high-quality execution of projects, maintaining a focus on delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of HR initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders throughout the enterprise to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Lead and support HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including facilitating the integration of acquired companies into the existing culture, ensuring alignment with organizational values and practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and act as a trusted advisor to HR and senior business leaders, offering insights and recommendations on HR strategies and initiatives.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience leading HR systems or HR projects, with a proven track record in project management and HR systems and solutions implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Strong focus on quality and execution, with a commitment to delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Apply deep understanding of core business functions and their interdependencies, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR solutions.
- Demonstrate an ability to utilize critical thinking and apply an analysis of alternatives approach to evaluate and implement HR solutions.
- Possess expertise in optimizing HR systems, including Workday.
- Demonstrate an ability to partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, effectively manage stakeholder expectations, and drive change.
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts in a clear, compelling way to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus among diverse groups.

Salary Range:
