This role will work closely with molecular service and IT teams to execute repeatable bioinformatics analyses and ensure that biological data are accurate, accessible, and ready for downstream use.
A core responsibility of the role will be executing and supporting established analytical workflows, particularly those involving biological sequence and laboratory data. The ideal candidate combines hands-on bioinformatics experience with an interest in automation, data management, and reproducible computational workflows.
The role will contribute across the lifecycle of these capabilities, from executing analyses and curating data to developing, documenting, maintaining, and troubleshooting workflows and associated databases.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret analytical results in their biological context and communicate findings to scientific collaborators.
Perform quality control and troubleshoot issues with analytical inputs, methods, and outputs.
Curate and maintain biological sequence, annotation, metadata, and laboratory datasets.
Support the organization and administration of biological databases and other scientific data resources.
Document analytical methods and results to support reproducibility and consistent application.
