Role Summary
The intern will support the launch and coordination of a companywide contest designed to promote the development and implementation of AI use cases. This role is ideal for a student interested in innovation, communication, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing an internal contest focused on AI-related ideas and use cases.
Help create communication materials (emails, flyers, announcements) to promote the contest.
Collect, track, and organize contest submissions.
Support the evaluation process by preparing summaries, tracking criteria, and coordinating with reviewers.
Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, or info sessions related to the contest.
Help prepare simple reports or presentations showing participation and results.
Duration
