Adecco is seeking for Lien Resolution Analysts to support one of our biggest clients in the legal field. This is a remote position , Mon-Fri $21/h .
The Lien Resolution Analysts compliantly dispute, negotiate, and resolve healthcare liens with governmental and private lienholders. Our Lien Resolution Analysts also ensure that our client receives the required data and documentation from lienholders in a timely manner and thereafter route that information to the proper internal departments for processing. This position requires clear and effective communication and collaboration with lienholders, recovery agents, management, our client-facing teams, and other internal departments. This position also requires a basic understanding of all lien resolution types, in addition to specialized knowledge in at least two or more lien types.
Responsibilities:
· Understand and consistently meets lien resolution milestones in accordance with the client's service level standards (SLAs) and performance metrics, as required by the Lien Resolution Manager
· This position requires a basic understanding of all insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid and commercial), in addition to specialized knowledge in at least two or more lien types
· This position requires clear and effective communication and collaboration with lienholders, recovery agents, management, our client-facing teams, and other internal departments; written, oral and listening by phone, fax and/or e-mail
· Compliantly resolve healthcare liens with governmental and private lienholders.
· Ensure that the client receives the required data and documentation from lienholders in a timely manner, and thereafter route that information to the proper internal departments for processing
· Advocate for and obtain the best result for our clients.
· Proactively learns and follows all internal and external procedures and protocols
· Engage in cross-training and other ongoing training initiatives
· Consistently follow up with lienholders and recovery contractors when expected data and/or documentation is outstanding
· Addresses and ensures accuracy of all incoming data and correspondence according to the client's standard operating procedures
· Maintain and document all up-to-date communications and action on a lien with detail and accuracy
· Effectively communicates and collaborates with internal teams, especially our client service teams, to obtain and provide timely updates to clients on key issues
· Routinely provides status updates to the Lien Resolution Supervisor/Manager
· Quickly identifies and removes obstacles and escalates appropriately. Escalates any complex or priority issues to their Lead or Manager in a timely manner
· Collaborates with the Lien Resolution Manager to document all lien resolution processes, including periodic updates
· Effectively works as a member of the team, fosters teamwork, and volunteers to assist others, as appropriate.
· Participates with projects and assists the Lien Resolution Manager as needed
· Regularly participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal and external resource on assigned liens and projects
· Display professionalism, accountability and initiative on a daily basis and is open to coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Must have expertise on least two or more lien types.
Experience with government & private insurance.
Accounts payable/receivable experience.
Accounting & financial experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
2 to 3 years relevant work experience or educational equivalent.
Ability to consistently make independent and well-informed decisions.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Effective communication skills: written, oral and listening.
Problem solving and analytical ability.
Ability to orchestrate large volumes of data while meeting critical deadlines.
Pay Details: $21.00 per week
