Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on one of the large scale project on KSA/ UAE
What You'll Be Doing:
Is responsible for enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, providing advice and support to both the client and support chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance and operations requirements.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for the development of the client BIM documentation (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards.
The BIM Manager will conduct BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor and track implementation and performance via Power BI and other online tools.

BIM Manager will support in implementing BIM requirements for the projects and monitors the draft and final
deliverables for adherence to these criteria by third-party design consultants and works contractors, including
compliance with the Employer’s Information Requirements, in the Common Data Environment.
Supports in design review activities with a focus on coordination, clash detection, and reliable, consistent, and
timely date exchange. Responsible for the development and distribution of a one to two-page description of the
project to all members of the project team for reference.
Works with other managers and discipline leads to support development of project design and BIM requirements and ensures the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
Collaborates with Design Management/Construction Management team in progress meetings to review project
BIM status and formulate action items, and responsible for following up on instructions and commitments
associated with the project.
Provide input to preparation of Monthly Report and Design Stage Reviews (and others as required).
Promotes design excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all activities within the project, including significant
milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project brief, cost or schedule.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution/ university is required.
+15 years of related experience (including supervisory experience).
Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks and Revit.
Requirements include strong BIM, PC and CAD skills, as well as knowledge of the capabilities and efficiencies of utilizing specific computer software to complete design assignments. Also requires excellent written and oral communications skills, and the proven ability for performing in a supervisory capacity on a project.
