Nightwing is seeking a Business Process Manager to support management of business workflows through business applications and data management. The candidate will analyze customer business functions and recommend and implement improvement for consideration and maintain process flows and data. The candidate will participate in business tool development cycles and champion customer requirements. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Required Skills: Active TS/SCI with Poly Assess organizational business flows and document with business tools suite to include Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Tableau Demonstrated experience managing and evolving organizational business flows Experience with process improvement including requirements, data gathering, analysis, and process mapping Demonstrated experience exhibiting communication skills including written, verbal, listening, presentation / briefing and working with people at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience working with customer's Front Office staff Desired: Experience with Agile methodology Experience explaining technical processes and tools to all types of audiences Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with the customer training program within the organization At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
