Position Name: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Location: Glens Falls, NY - 12801
Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent
Setting: Hospital
Pay
$32-$58.74 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift Differentials (between 10%-30% more)
Sign-On Bonus
Up to $5,000 to $10,000 (depending on years of experience for full-time and part-time roles)
Shifts
7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Requirements
Graduate from an RN program; BSN preferred.
Active and good standing RN license in state of NY.
1 year of Med Surg or Acute Care/Hospital nursing experience.
Flexibility with scheduling, while maintaining a commitment to assigned shifts.

Job Responsibilities
Delivers direct care to patients.
Appropriately assigns responsibilities to others.
Acts as the leader of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with and guided by the attending physician.
Concentrates on completing the nursing process, which includes educating patients and families as well as planning for discharge.
Recognizes and takes the necessary actions to ensure the best use of all available resources.
