LinQuest is seeking a SkillBridge Test & Evaluation/Program Manager Internship to join our team at our Shalimar, FL office. An active Secret clearance is required.
The LinQuest SkillBridge Internship is an opportunity for transitioning service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through an internship during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days.

SkillBridge Internship Program Qualifications:
Has served at least 180 days on active duty
Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
Will receive an honorable discharge
Have taken any service TAPS/TGPS
Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
Received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate in the DoD SkillBride program prior to the start of internship
Responsibilities:
This position prepares documentation to substantiate the integration of all aspects of the project to include: test and resource planning, scheduling, test execution, data collection and analysis, drawing of conclusions, and test reporting
Receives input from team members, government sponsors, and other activities within the program to ensure successful integration of components and products
Supports development, prototyping and demonstration to various sites, provides briefings on the status of events or portions of the overall program
Use a wide range of test instruments and equipment to evaluate systems and improve performance
Document and report system status and fix actions
Implement and ensure adherence to operations, maintenance and organizational procedures and policies
Assist with author, review, edit, and recommend changes to technical, procedural, and training documentation
Account for and ensure positive control of critical resources
Provide support (telephonic or otherwise) as required to help isolate and resolve difficult issues
Required Skills and Experience:
Possess an active Secret security clearance
Substantive knowledge of military applications of armament weapons systems and of military and ground and flight test operations
Experience working independently and in an integrated team-oriented, collaborative environment focusing on planning, executing, and reporting on system test & evaluation
Experience managing and balancing program cost, schedule, and performance and making tradeoffs to account for and reduce risk to program success
Trouble shooting skills for weapons, instrumentation, and network systems
Ability to manage time and resources to meet project goals
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to react to project to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an occasionally high-pressure environment
Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to interface with customers at a professional level
Adherence to Information Assurance
Proficient in MS Office
SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from LinQuest, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
