The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Industrial Security Officer to join our team of passionate security professionals in our Fairborn, OH office. As a key contributor to the security team, you will administer collateral, SCI, and SAP level security programs for a CACI company.
You will be well versed in administering routine aspects of the DOD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action, building high-trust partnerships with management, other security team members, and customers while being energetic, detail oriented, analytical, and self-starting.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Industrial Security Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Administering routine aspects of the DOD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117 and other government and company security policies and procedures.
Supporting collateral and SCI level security programs as well as SAP programs.
Reviewing and issuing subcontract DD-254s, preparing visit authorization letters (VALs), use of DISS, NISS, and NBIS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements.
Protecting classified government information, facilitating classified meetings, and monitoring security procedures to ensure compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical, and administrative security systems and procedures.
Coordinating employee badges for site access.
Conducting security briefings and security education programs.
Investigating losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
Maintaining classified storage and conducting audits of documents.
Providing security oversight for Open Storage areas and oversee classified LANs.
Maintaining files for customers and audits, update the CAGE code, facility clearance in NISS and conducting bi-annual self-inspections.
Interfacing directly with program management to address security items specific to each program/contract.
Providing support and assistance to other CACI and subcontractor personnel at multiple locations.
Demonstrating flexibility to move from one task to another and being available for a variety of tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and two to four years related work experience.
U.S. citizenship and minimum active Top Secret Clearance.
Practical knowledge of and experience with eAPP, NBIS, NISS, and DISS.
FSO Certificate for Possessing Facilities and previous industrial security experience and an in-depth knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117.
Experience with personnel security, document control, and visitor control.
Experience in the contractor community in security management.
Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.
Excellent written and oral communications and teamwork skills.
Self-starter able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile environment.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Word.
Well organized and confident working independently while being a strong team player.
Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and multi-task on a variety of initiatives.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Desired:
Completion of CDSE enrichment online courses.
NCMS Industrial Security Professional certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$52,300-$107,200
