Overview
The Renewal Specialist will be involved with the day-to-day administration of renewals and financially related functions of the business. The Renewal Specialist will execute annual renewals while maximizing retention rates, maintaining a positive relationship with our customers, and identifying opportunities to engage a Customer Success Manager for account growth. The Renewal Specialist communicates regularly with customers regarding contract questions, renewal questions, payment and strategizes with the Customer Success Manager responsible for the account.
Responsibilities
Send monthly renewal quotes to customers.
Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers.
Identify opportunities for upsell or cross sell in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager
Submit renewal contracts for customer signature in our CRM, as well as Google's partner portal when needed
Research customer inquiries/disputes as they arise, and coordinate with the Customer Success Manager and support team for resolution
Maintain records in Salesforce (CRM), Woolpert's support system, and financial systems
Provide internal support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams.
Navigate and find necessary information in contract documents.
Be the primary contact for renewal related communication and the process that supports it.
Identify inefficiencies in the process and promote improvement of areas identified.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Have
BA in Business or related field preferred
1+ years experience in renewal execution and negotiation preferred
1-3 years of working experience in software sales, account management, or customer service environment a plus
Sharp attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Ability to prioritize with exceptional time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Google Maps Platform, Google Cloud Platform, or Google Workspace experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
