This position is contingent upon award of the Phalanx Griffon contract.
Job Description:
Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration.
Essential Functions:
Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes. This includes management of the program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and charge codes within the ERP system Development of CEACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Profitability Assessments Responsible for evaluating accuracy of month end Revenue Recognition for assigned programs.
Ownership of program(s) sales, OI and FCF forecast in support of Monthly Financial Review (MFR)
Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PMO-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist
Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks
Support and lead Finance transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for process and systems improvements
Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization
Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision
Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, with ability to navigate multiple priorities within tight-deadlines"
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Requires mastery level knowledge within a specific technical area or multiple job areas. Viewed as an expert and/or resource within the field by peers in and outside the organization
Preferred Additional Skills:
Active Top Secret security clearance
Demonstrated expert working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimate at Completes (EAC's)
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience with Deltek Costpoint and SAP ERP Systems
