Key Responsibilities:
Cut off and wash out castings to remove excess material.
Grind and sandblast parts to ensure quality finishes.
Box and prepare castings for shipping.
Load and unload ovens as part of the manufacturing process.
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to learn and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork mentality.
Capability to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary).

WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
· Previous manufacturing or physical labor experience preferred but not required.
· On-the-job training will be provided.
· Consistent and excellent attendance is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position involves working in foundry environments.
Regular exposure to a manufacturing environment, including noise, heat, and fumes.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
