Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and thorough Receiving Inspector to join our Quality Department. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting completed projects before they are shipped to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect completed projects and products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards before shipping.
Identify and document any defects or issues with products, and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with production and shipping teams to resolve any quality concerns prior to shipment.
Perform routine quality checks on incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Ensure all inspection data and reports are accurately recorded and maintained.
Verify that finished products are properly packaged and labeled for shipment.
Follow all safety and quality control procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality inspection or a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
Ability to use inspection tools and equipment, and computer systems for reporting.
Ability to lift and move products as necessary.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
