We are seeking a talented compensation professional to fill the role of Compensation Analyst with our client's Corporate headquarters in the Greater Hartford area. This is a long term, temporary assignment.
Responsibilities :
Administration of global compensation programs and cycles
Maintaining all files, leading Compensation Management system configuration, creating process trainings and communications, liaising with HR teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution, and preparing reports and analysis for Senior Leadership
Complete annual external salary surveys (DO WORK WITH VENDOR???)
Conduct salary analyses, job evaluations and competitive market pay comparisons to identify trends and make compensation recommendations
Administration and quarterly reporting
Maintain compensation reference materials and library of global job descriptions and job codes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS system
Ad hoc compensation analyses and projects
Monthly compensation departmental invoice reconciliation and processing
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of compensation administration experience
Experience working in a global and multi-site organization
Knowledge of job grading structures and compensation strategies, familiarity with various types of incentive programs
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Experience with HRIS system reporting and Compensation Management tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
