Role Overview:
RTX Cyber Defense is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Cyber Threat Intelligence team as the Cyber Defense Lead. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment assisting customers in Farmington, CT.
What You Will Do:
Fully support all cyber operations related to customers in Farmington, CT.
Serve as liaison between Cyber Threat Intelligence services and customers.
Interact with stakeholders on daily basis in-person.
Use premium Threat Intelligence tooling to conduct investigations, focused on social media, underground forums, and Dark Web.
Fully understand intelligence lifecycle and provide Cyber Threat Intelligence products leveraging all aspects of the lifecycle.
Respond to urgent Requests for Information involving both the physical and cyber domains.
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) determined by customers.
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
3+ years cyber and investigations experience, with a strong focus on Open Source Intelligence.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Law enforcement, military, or intelligence agency background preferred.
Certifications desired but not required: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, CCNA or greater, SANS certifications.
Analytical background and have the ability to present findings concisely.
Ability to use critical thinking skills in identifying solutions to complex problems.
Experience delivering polished written and oral briefings on complex cyber topics with little-to-no notice.
Ability to work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
