As a Vice President, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the HR Vendor Management team, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis, research, and intelligence to inform business strategy and decision-making. Job Responsibilities
Develop innovative business research and intelligence solutions, including benchmarking dashboards, heatmaps, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Analyze and develop internal and external datasets and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
Stay current with emerging data analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and HRIT trends, translating external intelligence into data points.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver creative solutions and insights.
Design and test methodologies to support expense and risk management initiatives.
Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across systems.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering their professional growth.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
6+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or related roles.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis tools and languages, such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of data modeling and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our New York, NY, Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
