We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Norwalk, CA.
Competitive Salary: $120k-160k.
M-F, 8 hour day setting. 8:30-5.
On-call for 3 months/year. Average call volume is

Average number of cases per day: 15-20
Licensure/Certification:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Bilingual in English/Korean
3+ years of NP experience.
Active DEA, CA State License
Comfortable in a clinic setting
Background and Experience:
Provide primary care to members, including histories, exams, lab tests, prescriptions and referrals within prescribed up to date guidelines and protocols.
Perform accurate and timely documentation of histories, subjective findings, physical exam, plans, prescriptions and follow up in Electronic Health Records System within 72 hours of the visit.
Focus on patients with chronic, unstable or multi-system problems but does include acute simple illness as well as healthcare maintenance.
Document patient chart entries in Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan (SOAP) format; following RHC policies, and Medicaid and Medicare guidelines.
