Deputy Cluster Manager, Site Manager

Patriot Group International Inc. (PGI) has a current full-time, exempt employee opening for a Deputy Cluster Manager, Site Manager for data centersbased in San Antonio, TX. This position reports to the Cluster Account Manager (CAM).
The Deputy Cluster Manager, Site Manager (DCM) serves as the Site Manager for a high priority site, assisting the CAM as a direct, onsite, representative to a major domestic security customer, with Deputy responsibilities for account and personnel management, budget, contract compliance, service delivery and quality management.
The DCM will be responsible for the following:
- The DCM will serve as the Site Manager for a high visibility site, responsible for all scheduling, administration, reporting, incident response, training, human resources concerns, timekeeping, and invoicing support for the assigned Site
- Serve as PGI’s DCM and a direct PGI representative to one or more customers, facility clusters, or individual facility locations at the direction of the CAM
- Provide second line supervision of other site managers, operations support personnel and human resources staff
- Directly responsible for contract compliance with all elements of customer statements of work, service level agreements, and quality assurance at the assigned site, and for the Cluster when delegated in by the CAM
- The DCM will assist the CAM in the development, maintenance, and reporting of individual program budgets including minimization of unplanned overtime
- Assist the CAM in providing strategic direction and direct guidance to operations, other site managers and their subordinates to manage activities and issue resolution, including physical security, safety, and business continuity events
- Assist the CAM in creating or improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the customer mission
- Assist the CAM and operations staff in the planning and executing of screening, hiring, development and retention of security personnel, site and front-line managers
- Ensure 100% staffing coverage and responsibility alignment for the assigned site, team and shift
- Oversee and direct crisis management functions at the assigned Site including command and control of incident response post-orders, law enforcement and emergency services coordination, customer communication, after-action review and debriefing. Oversee the command and control of these facets for all Sites in the absence of the CAM
- Enforce PGI policies and standards of conduct
- Other duties as required or delegated by the CAM
Required Qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission, PGI core values and ethos
- At least 10 years of security management experience including a strong knowledge of contracts management, budgeting, and compliance
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing shifts of security personnel including screening, hiring, training, scheduling, and reporting activities
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience developing state or federal level security policies and procedures
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, operations management and implementing best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups, projects, or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Required Security Clearance:
- Minimum of a U.S. Government TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience managing the physical and technical security aspects of large data centers with US Government tenants
- Two years of experience managing high volume employee development and training initiatives in a high pressure and high visibility environment
- Significant experience diplomatically managing both upward and downward within a defined chain of command with internal and external customers or stakeholders
- Two years of experience in national level incident response protocols
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- The DCM position requires lifting, standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday; with some workdays being up to 12 hours.
