Location: San Antonio, Texas
~~~~ All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
~~~~ Part-time position: 2-10pm Monday, Tuesday, and 2-6pm Wednesday
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
Certifications: Security+ CE or other IAT-I DoD 8570 Information Assurance certification.
Requirements:
- Customer service and ServiceNow Ticketing System experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in Ticket Management Systems like SupportIT and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Unix experience is not required but is a plus.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required; or
- A high school or GED diploma with five (5) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Will work within the Help Desk Group, Tier 1 Team.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
- May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
