Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will perform a variety of functions related to program management, staffing, budgeting, purchasing, property accountability, in support of an expanding, dynamic government program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Run financial reports in Costpoint weekly to track contract financials
Assign staff hours in Spend Plans to ensure tasks are staffed and spending is on-track.
Track expected future tasking and corresponding hiring requirements and report to PM
Perform contract annual and out-year forecasting
Assist with program purchasing, to include submitting Costpoint requisitions, placing orders, coordinating shipment/receipt of goods & reconciling records
Gather program statistics and general data; review & combine this information into new reports or revise existing reports for use within the organization
Maintain appropriate filing systems for all documents, records, and reports
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Candidate must be a US Citizen
Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (or related field) AND have 5+ years of related administrative experience
Proficient in MS office with expertise in Excel (Expert level required), Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Experience with Deltek Costpoint & SAP Concur

Salary Range:
