Are you a detail-oriented, energetic, adaptable person with a business background? Parsons is seeking a Program Analyst to support on-going radar research and development (R&D) efforts at one of the Army’s premier R&D Centers of Excellence at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Program Analyst will provide administrative and contract program support as part of our Program Management Team contributing to multiple projects, customers, Paladin Lab, and Business Development Teams.
Requirements:
- BA in Business, 2 years’ work experience with at least six months of work in the DoD sector.
Required Duties:
- Support customers through needs analysis and offerings pairing.
- Communicate with subcontractors on a regular basis to receive and compile their input for the monthly status report (MSR).
- Track employee trainings to ensure that everyone is updated and compliant with government regulations.
- Support Program team with travel and extended work week requests.
- Respond to requests, assignments, and tasks given by the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure all employee resumes are updated, satisfactory, and compliant with the Parsons format.
- Implement ideas to improve certain processes, specifically dealing with purchasing, formatted documents, and trackers.
- Review official documents and edit them for spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors before submitting to the government.
- Maintain and update PMO SharePoint site.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new personnel.
- Support the IDIQ Center of Excellence with automation process improvements and data analysis of opportunities, customers and the competitive environment.
- Provide assessment and implementation of tools or processes to drive efficiency which may include AI or cloud implementations.
- Leverage reporting of the CRM tool for visibility into opportunities and customers.
- Develop and modify SharePoint segments for purchase tracking and equipment inventory management.
- Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting for lab projects where applicable.

Salary Range:
