What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners on a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Command, Control, Cyber, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) mission areas. You will monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s AOR/AOI and plan/organize G2-ACE’s analytical engagement with NATO and other foreign partner agencies.
More About the Role:
As the Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will embed at USAREUR/AF G2, located at Lucius Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on Near-Peer competitors, and multi-discipline intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner operations.
- Work independently on projects assigned by supervisor and keep supervisor informed on all problems that impact production schedules.
- Actively display understanding and expertise in execution of all elements of the Intelligence Cycle to include Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Intelligence Support to Situational Understanding, and Intelligence Support to Points of Interest.
- Conduct detailed, comprehensive, and holistic research to produce predictive, functional, link, nodal component, and pattern analysis. Will utilize this analysis to deliver timely, relevant, accurate, predictive, and tailored intelligence products and briefs on any and all ground component threats within the USAREUR-AF Area of Responsibility/Area of Interest (AOR/AOI) that answer USAREUR-AF CG Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
- Be able to extrapolate information from questionable or incomplete data, validate analytical conclusions and integrate contributions from other analysts in order to prepare finished products.
- Possess the ability to write timely and concise analytical reports and assessments to answer theater intelligence requirements and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Possess the ability to summarize complex situations in a timely manner and to deliver an effective assessment in easily understood terms.
- Evaluate reporting used for intelligence products in a timely manner to ensure relevance and reliability.
- Generate Source Directed Requirements to address critical information gaps and optimize intelligence collection efforts.
- Proficiently operate on Army Intelligence Programs of Record for use in conducting database management to populate the USAREUR-AF Common Intelligence Picture (CIP)/Common Operating Picture (COP).
- Serve as a subject matter expert able to develop, research, produce, and deliver detailed, complex intelligence products and briefs covering the four threat categories (Irregular, Conventional, Catastrophic, Disruptive) along the five operational themes (Peacetime Military Engagement, Limited Intervention, Peace Operations, Irregular Warfare, Major Combat Operations).
- Produce Intelligence products in accordance with analytical integrity standards (AIS) as directed by Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, with a focus on ICD 206 (requirements for sourcing) and ICD 208 (writing for maximum utility)
- Be able to understand and identify intelligence gaps within the USAREUR-AF Intelligence Cycle and clearly articulate those intelligence gaps across the breadth and depth of the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF).
- Be able to clearly articulate and deliver detailed, complex and classified briefings to senior leaders within USAREUR-AF and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs).
- Share information with intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement activities, including coalition, allied, host nation, and national agencies.
- Ensure quality control/quality assurance in all intelligence production requirements to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and provide threat assessments
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- A master’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR a bachelor’s degree, thirteen (13) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree, minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of twenty-two (20) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience and knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
- Minimum Security Clearance – TS/SCI, eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
- At a minimum, it is desired that the Lead All Source Analyst possesses the following qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in geopolitical roles within or with countries within the USAREUR-AF AOR, at Corps and above.
- A minimum of three (3) years' providing direct Russian military organizational design, composition, disposition, key leaders, historical activities, and trends.
- Five (5) years’ experience reviewing operational plans to ensure pacing threat assessments regarding Russian military capabilities, organization, and scheme of maneuver remain consistent with historical deployments and force modernization efforts.
- Three (3) years’ experience providing assessments and briefings in support of conferences, distinguished visitors, and operational plans and strategy design efforts.
- Three (3) years' experience reviewing daily Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community products associated with Russian military activities and military publications.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- More than three (3) years of experience working in a Joint Staff or Geographic Combatant Command environment.
- Experience leading development or operational test activities in a DoD environment.
- Recent experience supporting USAREUR/AF G2
