The Opportunity:
As a CACI Collections Manager in Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), you will serve as a technical lead on large, complex projects within a Special Operations Task Force (SOTF). You will develop new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to the organization, and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing production, guidance, coaching, and mentoring within a Special Operations Task Force technical area of Collection Management. You will initiate new collection management requirement processes and implement improved collection management program methodologies when required. At the same time, ensuring inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel.
Responsibilities:
Collection Manager in Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) serves as a technical lead on large, complex projects within a Special Operations Task Force (SOTF). Develops new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to the organization, and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). Responsible for providing production, guidance, coaching, and mentoring within a Special Operations Task Force technical area of Collection Management. Initiates new collection management requirement processes and implement improved collection management program methodologies when required. At the same time, ensuring inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel. The Collection Manager provides specialized expertise in Collection Management to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard multi-INT products to support the SOF mission. Contributes to the development of operations-intelligence fusion products that conform to organizational, community, intelligence oversight, and regulatory requirements assessing facts, threat intentions, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly and adversarial involvement in that environment. Also interacts with the interagency community of practice Collection Management partners and operational and tactical consumers of intelligence to solicit and incorporate relevant data from existing collections systems, products, and databases to provide an enhanced level of focused analytic support.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience, an associate degree and 10 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with Six years of directly relevant experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real-time knowledge management systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with National Technical Means and theater imagery and SIGNIT tasking is essential. GIMS training is enhancing. For the Collection Management courses outlined below are required: Experience with National Technical Means and theater imagery and SIGNIT tasking is essential. GIMS training is enhancing.
- GCRM2200: The Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) Collections Requirement Management (GCRM) course is designed for National System of GEOINT (NSG) personnel whose role requires them to research GEOINT holdings to determine if existing resources can be used or new requirements should be submitted.
- GCRM2202: The Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) Collections Requirements Management (GCRM) course is designed for National System for GEOINT (NSG) personnel whose role requires them to research, manage, and submit GEOINT requirements and collection.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
