Shift hours - 8am to 5pm (M-F)

Responsibilities
? Patient Experience:
? Warmly greet patients and ensure a seamless, efficient check-in and check-out process.
? Educate patients on treatments, pre-and post-care protocols, and membership/rewards
programs.
? Build trust with patients by providing compassionate and knowledgeable support
throughout their visit.
? Essential duties of this position may involve physical contact with patients, such as
assisting with face washing or prepping treatment areas, performed professionally and
within the scope of patient care.
? Clinic Operations:
? Coordinate daily patient schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.
? Prepare treatment rooms and assist in maintaining a clean, professional clinic
environment.
? Support providers during patient consultations and procedures.
? Scribe accurate and concise patient notes during appointments.
? Sales & Upselling:
? Proactively recommend treatments and products tailored to patient goals and
personalized treatment plans.
? Explain pricing, promotions, and treatment plans clearly to patients.
? Accurately manage patient invoices and track vendor rewards.
? Administrative Support:
? Update and maintain patient records, including medical history and intake forms.
? Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies.
? Help with secondary customer service tasks (phone, email, scheduling).
Requirements
? Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
? Experience:
? 1+ year in a medical office or medical aesthetics environment is preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
