Adecco Staffing is seeking a skilled Reservations Coordinator with a strong background in customer service, particularly within a call center environment. This role primarily involves assisting clients, managing reservations, and providing high-quality service over the phone for the full workday. The ideal candidate is articulate, professional, and attentive, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail in data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers over the phone for the majority of the workday, providing guidance and support for their reservation needs.
Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service, especially when speaking with clients. Ensure each customer interaction is handled professionally and respectfully.
Accurately input customer data and reservation details with high attention to grammar and formatting.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns related to reservations, providing clear information and solutions.
Explain reservation policies and guidelines to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment required. Experience in reservations or customer service is highly desirable.
Must be well-spoken, with excellent grammar and a polite, patient phone demeanor suitable for assisting customers.
Strong background in customer service, with the ability to remain composed and positive during extended phone interactions.
Basic proficiency in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems effectively.
Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with the stamina to handle extended periods on the phone.

Compensation:
Rate: $18-20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
