Adecco is currently assisting a reputable company, recruiting for Remote Customer Service jobs in multiple states. These positions are temp to hire opportunities, with starting pay rates of $17.00 per hour _,_ plus overtime. These roles would require training without requesting any PTO for at least 45 days.
This position requires candidates to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, using phone, email and chat systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing strong communication skills.

Candidates are required to have at least one year of experience, preferably in the travel industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, MS office experience, HS Diploma or GED and strong customer orientation, empathetic, and professional.
Must have the flexibility to work as early as 6:00 AM to as late as 6:15 PM (PST) and work one Saturday and Sunday a month. One Weekend is mandatory!

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
