This Office Manager position requires:
· Maintaining all necessary licenses, permits and renewals
· Preparation of monthly financial reports
· Compiling information for annual financial audit
· Assisting in business development activities
· Implementation of New Employee onboarding
· Ensuring that project files are maintained properly
· Providing administrative assistance activities to ensure efficiency and professionalism of the facility
· Helping create a positive work environment
· Other reasonable duties may be assigned as necessary
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Office Manager position:
· Knowledge of accounting principles
· Experience on computerized accounting systems or ability to learn existing systems: Smartsheet, Work otter, QuickBooks, etc
· Microsoft Suite proficiency

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
