You will be the Data Architect for the F-35 System Integration and Test team. Our team is responsible for integrating and testing mission system hardware and software for the F-35 Lightning.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Data Architect, you will be responsible for leading the F-35 SI&T team in implementing, maintaining, and improving a comprehensive data architecture that meets the program's requirements. You will ensure the seamless integration of data across various systems, enabling the team to make informed decisions and drive the program's success. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the SI&T team in implementing, maintaining, and improving a comprehensive data architecture that meets the program's requirements.
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and applications
Designing, implementing, and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with program and company standards
Developing and maintaining data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data analysis and reporting

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or other STEM discipline
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of data modeling and/or data governance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
Experience working on large-scale, complex programs such as the F-35
Experience working as a data architect within a test environment
Proven experience leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's data architecture and engineering practices
Certification in data architecture or a related field (e.g. TOGAF, Data Architecture Certification)
Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data visualization tools (Tableau)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
Experience with data management tools such as SQL
Strong understanding of data security and compliance principles
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
