Delaware North operates concessions, suites, catering, premium dining, and retail management at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers since the park opened in 2020. We manage concession stands at the 40,300-seat stadium with a menu offering classic stadium food options, and an ample supply of vegan options.
Analyze transactional sales data from point-of-sale systems to identify key insights and trends
Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create strategic action plans to address market opportunities
Execute analytics projects with the corporate analytics department to support revenue-generating efforts, including pricing and optimization strategies
Prepare and present fact-based reports, dashboards, and recommendations from analytics projects, ensuring effective data architecture and warehousing for optimal data use
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or other discipline; master's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or related sectors likes sports/restaurant
Proficiency in analytics and predictive modeling
Experience with Databricks.
Predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R, and data warehousing tools such as SQL
Proficiency in data visualization tools especially Tableau and prior experience with point of sales systems preferred
Experience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business results
