Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with power industry systems and processes (preferred)
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Detail oriented and adaptable
Bachelors degree preferred
1+ years of Billing/Financial experience required
Responsibilities:
Provide functional support across various power delivery settings.
Develop customized reports using integrated systems like Passport, PeopleSoft, Impromptu, and MS Office applications.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
Billing and transaction management
Process documentation
Assist with billing backlog
Send invoices/bill accounts
Fix errors as needed
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
