In this Systems Engineering role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of F-35 E&T Combat Systems VP executive-level engagements, assimilating the content for F-35 E&T Combat Systems VP executive-level presentations, and for working special projects to support the F-35 E&T executive staff.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the F-35 E&T Combat Systems VP is set up for success in interactions with internal (to E&T) and external (to E&T) stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include direct reports and other executive staff. External stakeholders include Aero EVP and Aero ELT, EVP of Corporate Engineering & Operations and staff, and the Corporate E&T Council staff.
2. Produce Weekly SITREPs (Situation Reports) for all F-35 Combat Systems Engineering and provide to F-35 VPs for flow up to the Aero EVP.
3. Manage agenda for weekly E&T staff meetings
4. Responsible for planning and execution of regular Aeronautics level reviews and content for monthly corporate level reviews.
7. Additional pop-up tasks and special assignments from the F-35 E&T Combat Systems VP to including managing the Website and Confluence pages, assisting in AOM (Aero Operating Model) implementation, and coordinating responses for requests for information.

Basic Qualifications:
Recent F-35 Engineering Experience
Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
Experience managing rapidly developing situations and changing priorities
Experience exhibiting strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels
SECRET security clearance
Desired Skills:
Earned Value Management experience
Project engineering and/or program management experience
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
