you will... Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS)
Contract List - referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance
(ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance
(CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people) Perform Monthly Business
Partner ID List updates - drives customer access to the MSS 800 support
line Globally (serves all MSS customers) Publish work Instructions for
the team. (Best practices and unwritten knowledge) Track 30-60-90-day
expired contracts (Cost and resource savings: we can stop servicing
customers without contracts) Statement of Work / Proposal Review for
alignment with contract entitlements: (confirm we are only servicing
what is in the contract - potential cost savings) The Essentials - You
Will Have: Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program
at an accredited university Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We

The Preferred - You Might Also Have: A major in Mechanical or Electrical
