Ernst & Young (EY) US Government and Public Sector (GPS) practice is a robust and emerging practice with tremendous potential for growth - and we are prepared to tap into that potential. Our US GPS practice combines an understanding of the public sector's diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services, with private sector leading practices. We respond to our client's issues by bringing together highly skilled professionals across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Transaction Advisory services. This integrated approach facilitates multidimensional support and flexibility to meet our clients changing needs. Your key responsibilities
We'll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.

We're also looking for you to act as a role model for EY's core values and maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality work.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leveraging performance management, reporting, and visualization knowledge to develop and monitor BPS Service Center metrics and performance management at the direction of the government. Provide dedicated support to the government by performing the following activities
Create and manage project plans
Create service center performance management processes
Communicate project management updates and programmatic risks to Service Center leadership via weekly status meetings
Produce weekly status reports for project management and knowledge management purposes
Coordinate with various AIT stakeholders to collect data and distribute Service Center reports
Lead stakeholder requirements gathering activities for report design initiatives, including Stakeholder interviews and Design working sessions
Design and implement a business intelligence dashboard that produces summary and analytics of the Service Center system data
Monitor Federal IT industry trends by organizing routine or ad hoc industry benchmarking exercises
Develop and present executive briefings to BPS and AIT leadership
Draft communications for Service Center team, as requested
Skills and attributes for Success
Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Stakeholder management, data modeling and knowledge of IT
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and other business processes to form ideas and fix problems
Ability to communicate ideas in an expressive way that is easy for the receiver to understand
Experience coming up with solutions to an organization's problems
Ability to research new processes and software to present results that are effective
Ability to establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
Ability to create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor's degree
3+ years of professional, relevant experience with designing and implementing BI dashboards, creating performance management processes, and gathering data for report design initiatives
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirements
Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel on average 25% to 30% or more in a hybrid environment.
Ideally, you'll also have
Secret Clearance or higher
Experience with BI dashboards
