The Opportunity:
CACI Performance Excellence (PX) is a small team of seasoned program management who support, drive and track outstanding performance by CACI's 300+ customer-facing program. PX engages with programs throughout their lifetime, from pre-award to program shutdown. We objectively help identify and resolve performance issues - insisting on transparency, escalating bad news, and collaborating on solutions. We conduct independent reviews for large and/or risky programs and participate in corrective and preventative action planning.
Through active engagement we drive improvements in (1) management and execution consistency and (2) tools, data, processes, guidance and help programs gain maximum value with the least burden. PX represents the program manager's perspective as processes, guidance and tools are developed.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities As a PX team member, you will leverage your extensive background in management and execution of systems engineering and production programs for Federal Government customers to support and oversee program execution across multiple points of engagement. You will help to formulate and promote CACI policies and processes, recommend effective best practices, identify impediments, and drive improvements into program teams. We are looking to increase PX's expertise in the management of production programs including Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing.

Required:
Engineering Experience:
Working in a disciplined, structured, process-driven engineering organization.
Requirements management (traceability, validation, sell-off, milestone entry/exit criteria, change control using tools such as DOORS, JAMA).
Validation and Verification.
Hardware development and test (Electronic and/or Optical systems) experience.
SME level knowledge of ISO/IEC/IEEE-15288; or equivalent DOD or NASA systems engineering standards.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC/IEEE 12207- Software life cycle processes; AGILE software development; and Open Systems Architecture concepts.
Demonstrated experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
Familiarity with Digital Engineering practice, associated Industry and Government standards and tools such as CAD, DOORs, CAMEO, JIRA, JAMA - And/or Manufacturing Experience.
Operations management of a 100+ person production line, to include Production, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, Facilities, EH&S and Manufacturing Engineering oversight.
DOD or NASA experience to include DCMA or equivalent NASA audits.
Production operations metrics (Technical, Quality, Schedule, Cost, Safety).
Factory standup (Training, OSHA standards, Manufacturing engineering, Quality programs, facilities, etc.).
MRP/PLM experience.
New product introduction, product development lifecycle management.
Design For Manufacturing (DFM) processes.
Working knowledge of: LEAN; HW development, test, quality, mission assurance; Supply Chain and Quality processes; Electronic or Optical production.
10+ years managing large ($200M+) Federal Government HW/SW systems engineering and/or manufacturing programs or projects.
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of related work experience.
Exposure to Earned Value Management.
Cost and schedule estimation and tracking.
Desired:
Experience in an AS9100 certified engineering organization.
New Product Introduction (NPI); Design For Manufacturing (DFM); Design To Cost (DTC) and/or Design to Unit Production Cost (DTUPC).
Familiarity with Ground, Sea, Air or Space based platform integration, C4ISR systems, C2 Networks, Electronic Warfare and/or SIGINT systems a plus.
Exposure to aviation/space products.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Assertiveness, ability to influence, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to easily navigate between strategic and detailed levels.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$131,700 - $289,700
