Performs the following above proficiency with minimal supervision: Employs tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) when conducting PAI collection, in order to mitigate operational risk and adhere to laws and policies governing the collection and use of PAI. 5. Education Additional Information DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601. All applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
