The Opportunity:
CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Subject Matter Expert Cybersecurity ISSM to support the cybersecurity team for a key program in Ashburn, VA. Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the Best Practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Defense.

You should have worked with Cloud technologies using RMF, tactical DOD Edge use cases, and DevSecOps processes.
Work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team, specializing in cybersecurity ATO package management for Army custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in the supporting the Army. You will be specifically building and maintaining a new Security RMF Program, support new ATO/Cs for systems in this environment, leveraging reciprocity where appropriate, and assisting teams in understanding and meeting RMF requirements.
Responsibilities:
Managing the various RMF packets and helping teams build out supporting documentation
Conducting security reviews to help teams prepare for IATTs/ATOs
Working collaboratively with other ISSOs and key stakeholders in the RMF process
Creating and managing RMF artifacts and the entire ATO lifecycle
Coordinating with Cybersecurity SMEs to identify requirements and process improvements
Assisting cybersecurity assessors as required
Interpreting DISA STIG requirements
Acting as a member of a team, supporting teammates, and collaborating with a "do what it takes" attitude to ensure product and team success
A hands-on approach to performing your own assessments on enclave and network infrastructure devices
Working with AWS and Azure environments
Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, resolving problems to meet objectives, and providing periodic performance reports
Providing input on best practices and procedures
Developing new and refining existing processes to enhance quality and productivity
Providing key Cyber recommendations to support full automation of RMF
Qualifications:
Required:
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline.
Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
10 years of prior experience related to Cloud use cases.
Experience with DOD Tactical Edge use cases.
Experience working on Research and Development systems.
Must have solid RMF experience for the entire lifecycle.
Must be able to create and maintain your own Cyber artifacts.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with at least an interim DOD Secret clearance or higher.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and tools including DISA STIGs, SCAP, SCC Tool, eMASS, ACAS.
Expert knowledge of the following: FEDRAMP, DISA APL, Reciprocity, DevSecOps.
Ability to innovate with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and a self-starter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work within a team.
DOD 8570 certification at IAT Level 3.
Cloud Cybersecurity Certification (AWS, Azure, ISC2 CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+).
Familiarity with Continuous ATO.
Expertise in Edge use case RMF deployments, RDT&E systems, and containerized environments within the DOD.
Desired:
Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
Familiarity with Army RMF 2.0.
Familiarity with Docker containers and Kubernetes container orchestration systems.
Familiarity with secure software development concepts.
Familiarity with Security Engineering principles.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
