Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated engineers with a thirst for learning, in support of a state-of-the-art solution constructing a Multi-Cloud Ecosystem via a centralized Cloud Management Interface (CMI). The CMI is a controlled access entry to all Cloud Service Provider (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) cloud services and business tools. This role will support Information Assurance aspects of the design, engineering, integration and operations & maintenance of the CMI. You will work closely with Government and contractor staff to design, integrate, operate, and secure services of the CMI. Solutions will include improvements to the hybrid cloud environment and CMI supporting the integration of new cloud services, centralizing cloud functions to the CMI, and streamlining and centralizing cloud business functions. Team members will be responsible for supporting their solutions throughout the IT project lifecycle, to include refining requirements, creating design documentation, creating installation instructions and deployment plans, and providing O&M support. Project assignments will vary based on skill level, and may include engineering geographically dispersed services, integrating services into public, private and hybrid cloud environments, engineering solutions to be deployed via automated CM tools, and hardening the solutions to address security and SCAP compliance.
Responsibilities:
Direct support of Cloud Management Interface information assurance
Work across contract teams to support ICD 503 requirements and compliance with the customer's Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Work with engineering and operations team members to create processes for the implementation of Cloud Service Provider (CSP) patches and 3rd party vendor patches
Validate CSP patching is completed in whatever interval is required to maintain overall system health, security, and to meet RMF Step 6 Continuous Monitoring requirements
Support solution and steps required to capture enterprise audit data per ICD 503 requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Develop or assist with the creation of technical documentation to supporting information assurance requirements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the Cloud Management Interface solution
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with implementation of ICD 503 and related RMF processes
Experience with managing work tasks via tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
Knowledge of Cloud Security concepts such as Identity and Access Management, Data Encryption, Threat Detection, and Mitigation practices is helpful
Knowledge of Networking concepts is helpful
System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs
CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification

The likely salary range for this position is $66,602 - $89,413. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
