SAIC's National Security and Space Sector is currently hiring for a Space Program All-Source Analyst for a customer within the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Chantilly, VA. This position supports a System Program Office (SPO) in a technical capacity for planning, execution, monitoring, and oversight of satellite system resiliency methodologies that advance the National Reconnaissance Office's (NRO) space resiliency posture. In this role, you will use your existing intelligence community knowledge to apply multi-source tradecraft that support the NRO acquisitions lifecycle, systems engineering & integration, while delivering mission excellence to programs of national importance.
The Space Program All-Source Analyst will join a team of on-site SETAs working on satellite system resiliency with responsibilities that may include but not limited to the following:
Collaborate with DOD/IC program leaders and government representatives to ensure Program resiliency initiatives are effectively implemented
Interact with the NRO Directorates for understanding of mission, functions and organization in order to create metrics showing customer use of NRO solutions and capabilities to drive more efficient engagement to military services and across NRO stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks associated with Program resiliency in order to achieve technical and programmatic objectives
Brief technically detailed material and capabilities deep-dives with relatable vignettes to diverse audiences
Create and present executive-level briefings and prepare written documentation at the executive level
Plan and facilitate both senior and action office level engagements
Assess threats and vulnerabilities and recommend counter measures/mitigations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (polygraph must be less than 10 years old)
Bachelor's degree in an intelligence, engineering, or technical discipline and 9 years or more relevant experience; Master's degree in an intelligence, engineering or technical discipline and 5 years or more relevant experience; Master's degree in an intelligence, engineering or similar technical discipline and 3 years or more relevant experience
Experience as an intelligence analyst
Experience in a facility with baseline reporting, as well as creating graphic reports
Ability to communicate, coordinate, and engage customer independently
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and small team environment
Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and written
Demonstrate familiarity in the functional mission areas and key intelligence issues
