Senior Supply Chain Manager - Mansfield, TX | $135k - $140k plus 15% STI
Position Summary:
This role will plan, develop, optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate, account for and/or be responsible for the supply chain processes of the organization and globally regarding common materials needed by multiple manufacturing sites.
Essential Functions and Duties:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Leads and manages production planning, customer service purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation and other areas as required
Directs the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff
Optimize global material supply chain through analysis of supplier options, supplier contracts, and SLA's.
Develops analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports
Directs, coordinates, assigns, monitors and reviews the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties
Understands customers' needs, services those needs, and maintains and develops positive business relationships with a customer's
Collaborates with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives
Oversees organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services
Manages and coordinates the sales and operations planning process including supply and demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
Develops annual plans with prioritization and resourcing
Develops and/or participates in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization
Manages and/or executes procurement related functions (e.g., develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts, )
Directs and manages corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Identifies and manages risk within the supply chain
Establishes key performance indicators, monitors ongoing performance, and improves performance against set goals
Non-essential Functions and Duties:
· Other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
Manages vendor relationships (e.g., third party logistics)
Implements and adheres to transaction management best practices
Monitors and analyzes current trends in raw stock sourcing marketplace
Stays informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches to apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management
· SAP experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant management and leadership experience in a global supply chain-based environment is generally
CPIM or APICS Certification

· The employee will work in a fast-paced, team environment
Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
