What You Will Be Doing:
As the Team Lead for the F16/F22 IFG Global Supply Chain, you will oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex contracts across commercial, DOD, and international programs. Your leadership will drive multifunctional subcontract management teams, and you will play a pivotal role in developing and administering subcontract specifications and agreements. Your contributions will ensure our projects remain on track and aligned with our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage supplier performance on moderate-to-high-risk contracts, including modified Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and build-to-print subcontracts.
-Lead and mentor a diverse team in subcontract management, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
-Prepare and execute bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and develop evaluation criteria.
-Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and make recommendations for subcontractor selection.
-Oversee the preparation and administration of subcontracts, including necessary changes and compliance with Lockheed Martin policies.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years of professional experience in a professional buying role.
-Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer.
-Experience analyzing production requirements in an SAP procurement system.
-Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts.
-Team Lead or Mentoring experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
