Who You Are
You'll manage a virtual team of field deployed Technical Sub-Contract Managers (TSMs) as well as local TSMs who
serve as boots on the ground and the eyes and
ears for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain and Program Management team member
What You Will Be Doing
You'll cover the US Domestic Supply Chain, however, changes in supplier assignments can be expected as
dictated by business needs. This role may require
an average of 50% travel (domestic and limited
International). The principle objective is to lead,
develop and mature TSMs to ensure the timely
delivery of quality parts in support of all LM Aero
Programs.
In addition this Management role is responsible for leading TSMs to:
Pursue Best Practices at designated Supplier locations,
Coordinate with Supplier Quality initiatives,
execute proactive Problem Solving Techniques as
well as devise and execute strategies to minimize
any and all Technical or Schedule disruptions to
the LM Aero Supply Chain.
Be responsible for analyzing employee task load and making & altering employee assignments in a fast-paced and multi-priority environment.
Provide core supervisory responsibility for employees, including training, work-shops, performance appraisals, recognitions, disciplinary action and identifying key skill sets and identifying potential employees for hire.
Coordinate communications both internally and externally with regard to the condition of external Supply Chain Performance to both Supplier and Lockheed Martin Senior Leadership for critical planning decisions.
Coordinate and support Program Management reviews with Executive Management and/or Owners, if required; and develop on-site surveillance plans for problematic and/or key critical suppliers.
Responsible for communicating SCM organizational goals and vision to enhance overall Supplier performance.
Additionally, you'll develop forward-looking, predicative metrics to monitor and measure performance with Supply Chain Management (SCM) engaged suppliers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with supplier engagements
and an familiarity with both Aircraft
Manufacturing and the Procurement Process

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $112,800 - $216,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
