Program Manager, F-35 Training Systems - Level 4
What You Will Be Doing
The F-35 Training Systems PM is responsible for managing existing contracts and responsible for Earned Value; cost, schedule and technical performance.
· Lead the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms of contract.
· Development and implementation of a program plan meeting contractual commitments.
· Coordination across the enterprise team to assure program status and impacts are defined and understand, and requirements alignment across production and sustainment contracts.
· Ensure the establishment of milestones, monitor adherence to master schedules, utilize risk management to identify program problems and develop solutions.
· Support on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards.
· Will act as primary interface for the effort with the government and contractor key team members and functional organizations.
· This PM will be for a classified program
· Travel may be required up to 25%
*Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading diverse, distributed, and virtual teams.
Program management experience.
Experience working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing contracts.
Experienced in EVMS, contract negotiations, IWTAs, performance metrics, and/or portfolio organization.
Experience leading large-scale, complex development programs over geographically dispersed locations, including multiple major subcontractors.
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues / solutions with senior leaders.
Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy.
Current experience working SAP/SAR programs.
Ability to partner with peers across Lockheed Martin Business Units.
Knowledge of F-35 Training Systems Products and Devices.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
