Adecco is hiring immediately for a Trainer in Katy, TX. While working as a Trainer for Adecco, you will earn $19.25/hour + other great benefits! This is a 2nd shift position Monday through Friday from 2:30pm-10:30pm (some OT may be required).
Essential Functions:
· Train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainee's hands-on execution of required job skills
· Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training classes.
· Prepare for training sessions by organizing all necessary supplies and setting up practice training labs, merchandise, and training scenarios
· Must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content. Such as: PIT, NHO, Safety Training, etc.
· Use Engineered Standard operating procedures to evaluate the trainee's ability to perform, retain, and execute covered information through hands on demonstration
· Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainee's progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management
· Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc.
Experience:
· Administrative experience needed
· Customer Service experience
· Sales experience a plus
Pay Details: $19.25 per hour
