FLRAA Program Security
Bring your experience and ideas and help us support the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Program Security Manager (PSM) in all aspects of developing, managing, implementing, training, auditing, and documenting Program Protection efforts on the FLRAA Program. This role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with customers of the FLRAA program.
What You'll be Doing as a Security Specialist/Administrator
Assist the PSM in investigating security infractions and violations of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), instances of noncompliance with company policies and procedures, and violations of the law, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain digital personnel security files and fingerprints for FLRAA Program personnel in sensitive billets and ensure that all personnel security files have required documentation for DCSA audits.
Administrator of collateral classification management for the FLRAA Program, responsible for classified safeguarding, marking, reproduction, generation/transmittal/receipt, retention, and destruction that complies with government and contractual requirements.
Maintain a close working relationship with subcontractor FSOs/Security Managers to ensure vendor facility security programs comply with government customer requirements.
Process and approve paperwork for new hire personnel that require access to Bell facilities. Process and route various passes and requests, including material package and parking passes. Process and follow procedures for overseas travel of employees.
Maintain knowledge of applicable government regulations, such as changes to 32 CFR Part 117, 2001, 2003, 2004, and/or SEAD 3 requirements, to include new Industrial Security Letters and procedures, as necessary to maintain compliance.
Assist the FLRAA PSM with security aspects including Personnel Security, Physical Security, processing and tracking miscellaneous security forms and logs, following intellectual property protection protocol, PII protection, property removal, Insider Threat Program, and other such policies.
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills to communicate well with team members, customers, program managers, and senior leadership.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of DoD Security forms and the personnel security clearance background investigation process.
Ability to operate standard DoD Security clearance databases and tools, including DISS, NISS, and eQIP.
What You Need to be Successful
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
6 years experience in Industrial Security or Program Security.
Completion of the CDSE Facility Security Officer (FSO) course and 5 years of Industrial Security experience preferred.
Knowledge/experience with 32 Part 117 2001, 2003, 2004, & SEAD 3 Requirements.
Possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level DoD Security Clearance is required.
Knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
