Job Overview:
Adecco is seeking a skilled TIG Welder with experience in welding aircraft component parts.
In this role, you will perform repetitive welding operations on a variety of weldments following prescribed procedures. You'll work with components of varying thickness (.015-.120) and be responsible for producing high-quality work in accordance with aerospace standards. The ideal candidate will have experience welding exotic metals and be comfortable working from part drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precise welding operations on aircraft components using TIG welding techniques.
Follow part drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns to ensure accurate weldments.
Ensure all work meets process and final inspection standards.
Complete necessary paperwork to track parts through the production process.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in TIG welding, preferably in aerospace assembly or repair.
Experience working with exotic metals.
Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, blueprints, and follow complex instructions.
Proficiency in advanced math (fractions, decimals, percentages) for accurate measurements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour
